it was a Big bear lodge start to the season snowshoeing into the manche vally above morzine. the refreshments were a little warmer than the water fountain!!

A little about Caroline
- Caroline Hale
- lives and works in the French Alps during the winter months each year. From her base in Les Gets/Morzine, she runs The Snowshoe Company which she set up in 2001. Caroline has worked in the Outdoor Industry at various Local Authority Outdoor Centres as an Outdoor Eduction Teacher for over 20 yrs. Since qualifying as a Teacher in 1982, Caroline has also gained MIA, IML and BASI mountaineering qualification.
